All gemstones and jewelry offered by Sapphiaura are described to the best of our ability and knowledge. We make every effort to display accurate color, clarity, and dimensions, but slight variations may occur due to the natural character of the stones and differences in screen displays.
- Authenticity — Every stone we sell is accompanied by certification from an independent, internationally recognized gemological laboratory where applicable.
- Treated stones — Any enhancement, such as heat treatment, is clearly disclosed on the product listing and certificate.
- Availability — Items shown as available are held for a limited time; availability is confirmed at checkout.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout plus any applicable shipping and taxes. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and all payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership of a product transfers to you once we have received full payment. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery, subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which cover insured transit and returns.
