Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Bespoke or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated to you at the time of ordering.
Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide using fully insured, trackable carriers. Available options are shown at checkout and may include:
- Standard (5-10 business days) — insured, tracked delivery.
- Express (1-3 business days) — expedited insured delivery for urgent requests.
- White-glove delivery — available for very high-value pieces in select regions, with signature required and delivery by appointment.
Handling Fragile and Valuable Items
Gemstones and jewelry are fragile, high-value items, and we take every precaution in their transport:
- Every piece is secured in a fitted padded capsule within a rigid, double-walled box.
- Parcels are sealed with tamper-evident tape and shipped in plain packaging with no external branding.
- Insurance for the full value of your purchase is included at no additional cost.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier link. Some deliveries require a signature; please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
International Shipping and Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Customs delays are outside our control.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or tampered with in transit, please contact our team immediately. Because every shipment is insured, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly, subject to inspection and the carrier's terms.
